This role requires a highly motivated and detail orientated individual who is committed to delivering a high level of service to clients and candidates.
What will you be doing?
* Using business development to build relationships with new and existing clients and candidates.

* Managing a dual desk of both permanent and freelance.

What do we need from you?
* Track record of achieving or over achieving goals.
* Previous recruitment experience, preferably you will have already worked within the design/creative sectors ideally with interiors, events & exhibitions.
* Strong interest in growing within an organisation.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Willingness to learn and expand your knowledge.
