Soho House is looking for an experienced and passionate Landscape Manager to lead our dedicated team in maintaining and developing the estate's stunning grounds.
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for the overall health and beauty of our diverse landscape, encompassing everything from manicured lawns to wildflower meadows, orchards, Shrub and herbaceous borders and mature trees. You'll provide hands-on leadership to the landscape and gardens team, ensuring a high standard of work and a commitment to sustainable practices.

Key duties...
Develop and deliver a long-term landscape management plan, aligned with seasonal requirements and estate objectives
Oversee all horticulture, landscaping, arboriculture, and livestock operations across the estate
Lead the upkeep and enhancement of all grounds, including lawns, meadows, orchards, borders, trees, hedgerows, water features, and planting areas
Research and introduce innovative planting schemes and horticultural techniques to elevate the landscape
Manage budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficient use of plants, equipment, and external contractors
Lead, schedule, and support the landscape team, providing clear direction, training, and development opportunities
Foster a positive, collaborative team culture with a strong focus on nature, sustainability, and wildlife
Ensure all tools, machinery, and equipment are maintained and operated safely
Work closely with internal departments to deliver projects seamlessly and support wider estate operations
Maintain the highest standards across the estate, ensuring compliance with health & safety, sustainability, and environmental best practices
What we are looking for...
A minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape management, ideally within a similar high-end environment.
Horticultural qualification level 3 or above.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and coach a team.
In-depth knowledge of horticulture, landscaping principles, arboriculture, and sustainable practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to achieving exceptional results.
A valid driving license.
Ability to work and maximise relationships within a diverse team.
PA1 & PA6 spraying certificates (desirable).
Chainsaw certificates (desirable).
Experience with all types of horticultural machinery.
