Key actions include:
* Developing and maintaining the maintenance database (TriRega) for site services, plant, systems, and equipment
* Leading and planning the maintenance team’s daily workload, providing support to staff
* Developing the maintenance and Control of Contractors teams, ensuring effective resource use and risk minimisation
* Planning and costing minor works and reactive maintenance for the building fabric
* Ensuring all competencies and training requirements are up to date
* Managing all sub-contracted maintenance services and maintaining the supplier database
* Managing and controlling all M & E subcontractors on site, including inductions
* Maintaining continuity of essential site equipment and life safety systems
* Carrying out planned maintenance of site plant and equipment
* Diagnosing faults, recommending, planning, and executing cost-effective repairs and energy savings
* Ensuring statutory compliance and updating site log books
* Coordinating work with client production requirements
* Observing and reporting plant faults to identify improvements
We require:
* Engineering leadership experience
* Sound engineering qualifications
