Salary and Benefits:

We are looking for an individual who would be interested in developing new skills, has a passion to learn more about personal accident claims and assist the team with the handling of Personal Accident Claims.
Charles Taylor Assistance is one of the leading global providers of medical assistance, travel risk and claims management services. We support over 5 million customers every year and 170,000 travel claims. We are expanding our Customer Service team, and we are now looking for number of Customer Service Advisors who have natural empathy and a flair for making a difference to our travel customers.
The responsibilities of the Personal Accident Claims Advisor are:
14. Working within a small team of specialist claims handlers working across a range of insurance markets simultaneously.
15. Communicating both professionally and efficiently to customers, brokers and clients via email and telephone.
16. Ensuring the data inputted is factual and correct to ensure MI reports are 100% accurate for reporting to the clients on a monthly basis.
17. Reading detailed reports and identifying key information including medical conditions/procedures, then having the ability to utilise this information against set parameters and policy wordings to ensure the correct cover is applied.
18. Building and developing relationships with key contacts from our clients, including supply chain, claims managers and policy underwriters.
