We’re looking for a capable and committed Process Development professional with proven experience within food manufacturing or FMCG. You will have a strong track record of leading process improvement initiatives, optimising manufacturing performance, and supporting new product or process introductions while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and efficiency. Reporting to the Group NPD leadership team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes across multiple sites. This is a hands-on role requiring strong analytical skills, practical problem-solving ability, and the confidence to work closely with production, engineering, technical, and quality teams. In this position, you will play a key role in identifying opportunities for process optimisation, cost reduction, waste minimisation, and productivity improvement.
