Domus are working with a dedicated Health and Social Care Charity Organisation to find a multi-site Registered Manager to lead Residential services supporting Adults with Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs in Burnham-on-Sea Somerset. Ideally, we are looking for an established Registered Manager or highly experienced Service Manager, as it is a multi-site role. The provider is a highly reputable National Charity who give vital support and care people with Learning Disabilities and Autism across the country. Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager: Lead and direct the teams in person centered planning and support for the people we support, ensuring that tailored support plans are completed, reviewed, and continuously developed to meet individual needs, wishes and outcomes. Ensure teams actively support and promote the health and well-being of people we support and that current issues or changes in health, behavioral, emotional, psychological, or mental health needs are reported to the relevant professionals and support sought if necessary.
