You’ll coordinate critical IT and telephony services across all thriving businesses, including insurance broking and compliance consultancy, ensuring seamless support for users nationwide.

Key responsibilities include:
Being the primary liaison with IT and telephony providers, ensuring rapid issue resolution.
Managing seamless onboarding/offboarding processes and ensuring robust asset and license management.
Leading telephony platform administration and delivering insightful reporting to support business improvement.
Overseeing supplier relationships and procurement, ensuring cost-effective, high-quality service delivery.
Assisting with nationwide premises management, coordinating essential safety assessments, lease negotiations, and site facilities.
You bring:
Proven experience managing IT infrastructure in multi-site SMEs or dynamic group environments.
Expertise in managing outsourced IT/telecom providers and familiarity with VoIP systems.
Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills, thriving in a fast-paced role.
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, adaptable mindset.
