What will you be doing?
As a Senior QMS Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our quality operations, supporting key systems such as Management Review, Internal and External Audits, CAPA, Document Control and Indirect Training.
1. You’ll lead audit readiness and host external audits, ensuring our site meets global standards and regulations.
2. You’ll also act as the Quality Hold coordinator for the AWM franchise, collaborating with teams in Suzhou and Costa Rica.
3. Your role will be pivotal in driving continuous improvement and maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
What will you need to be successful?
Success in this role means being a proactive problem solver and a collaborative team player. You’ll need:
4. A degree in quality, science, engineering or business management, or equivalent experience
5. At least 3 years’ experience in Quality Assurance within the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry
6. Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO standards (9001, 13485), FDA QSR, EU MDR and global guidance documents
7. Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex workloads and lead audits across multiple sites
