A specialist alternative provision centre in Brentford is seeking a calm, confident and resilient supervisor to support secondary-aged students who may require behaviour or emotional support.
Your daily responsibilities:
* Supervising small groups during lunchtime, ensuring safety and structure
* Encouraging students to make positive choices and regulate behaviour
* Supporting students who may feel overwhelmed or socially anxious
* Maintaining boundaries while offering empathy and guidance
* Working as part of a multidisciplinary pastoral team
Suitable for individuals with experience in youth work, SEN, or behaviour mentoring.
