Position Title: Residential Conveyancing Paralegal Location: Billericay Salary: £30,000 Reference: BH 37189 Work Type: Full time, permanent, hybrid after probation A Paralegal with experience in Residential Conveyancing is sought for a highly regarded firm close to Billericay on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting to partners within the department, the successful paralegal will join a busy property team, utilising your skills and expertise to handle a busy and varied workload covering a broad range of residential conveyancing matters. Responsibilities Assisting a senior fee earner in residential conveyancing matters as well as managing your own caseload Preparation of SDLT & Land Registry forms and liaising directly with clients and other professionals Dealing with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from inception to post completion Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties.
