The role involves managing the companys commercial contracts, including technology and outsourcing agreements, third-party supplier arrangements, and other business-related contracts. The successful candidate will supervise a team of lawyers and paralegals, work closely with business partners, and contribute to developing the legal service offering.

Responsibilities
You will lead a team to deliver comprehensive commercial contract services, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, and advising on contractual issues. You will support your team through technological solutions and encourage full ownership of contracts.
You will collaborate with the in-house legal team and maintain high-quality client service and relationships.

Required experience, skills, and attributes
* Experience with media contracts;
* Experience managing a team’s workload;
