Job Overview
Maintenance of the plant and equipment associated with the client building's mechanical and electrical systems.
Main Duties
* Ensure all planned and reactive works are carried out efficiently and in accordance with contract requirements, relevant legislation and best practice.
* Maintain a high quality service.
* Manage workload and prioritise the work schedule.
* Complete all work‑related documentation accurately and on time.
* Understand and comply with policies and procedures.
* Carry out work safely and diligently; comply with all health and safety policies and procedures.
* Participate in training and appraisal activities as required.
* Carry out additional duties in line with capabilities as required.
* Adopt a self‑managing approach to work with a strong health and safety attitude.
* Work on shift rotation 4 on 4 off.
Qualifications
* Qualified engineering background – C & G 2392 or equivalent technical qualification.
* Proactive and self‑motivated.
* Excellent communication skills (written & oral).
* Good IT skills with understanding of CAFM.
* Challenging and inquisitive mindset.
