Technical Specification Sales / Construction Solutions Sales (Irish Midlands & Surrounding)
Are you a civil or structural engineer (or similar technical background) who’s stepped into sales, business development, or specification roles? Or maybe you’re a seasoned technical sales professional looking for a new challenge?
We’re working with a global innovator in the construction sector who are rolling out a disruptive solution that’s changing how major projects are delivered. This is not “more of the same” — it’s an opportunity to be at the forefront of a smarter, faster, greener way of working.
Why this role?
* You’ll engage directly with Tier 1 contractors, consulting engineers, architects, QSs and project managers.
* It’s a top-down, specification-led sale: influencing senior decision makers, presenting solutions, and closing at boardroom level.
* Target markets include Data Centres, Pharma, Marine Infrastructure, and Energy – sectors investing heavily in Ireland.
* Career trajectory is strong: succeed here and you’re moving into a senior leadership track.
We’re looking for:
* A confident communicator with gravitas in front of senior stakeholders.
* Someone who can educate and influence, not just sell.
* Ideally from a background in groundworks, shoring, piling, rebar, formwork, or structural solutions.
* A hunter mentality – proactive, persistent, and able to close first time.
* Bonus if you’ve delivered CPDs or have a structural/civil engineering qualification.
The package:
* €70–90k base salary
* Realistic OTE of €120k+ (bonus largely driven by volume)
* EV Company Car (Tesla Model 3)
* 5% matched pension, healthcare contribution, life insurance (3× salary)
* 25 days annual leave
