* As a full-time hybrid Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the clients business development strategy. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering long-standing client relationships, and ensuring the sustained growth of the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
* Business Development:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand client base.
* Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
* Building:
* Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted adviser and brand ambassador.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
* Target Achievement:
* Utilise strong communication and negotiation skills to reach or exceed revenue and sales targets.
* Regularly assess and report on progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
* Management:
* Demonstrate excellent project management and time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks and client projects.
* Knowledge:
* Leverage your experience in the print media industry to understand client needs and stay informed about industry trends.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
* Proven experience in business development, preferably within the Promotional Merchandise / Gifting
* Strong understanding of industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscapes.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
* Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Proven experience as a Business Development Manager.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent project management and time management skills.
* Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
* Track record of reaching or exceeding revenue and sales targets.
* Experience in the print media industry is preferred.
