Hydesville Tower School is seeking to appoint an outstanding Teacher of Computer Science to join our Senior School on a maternity cover basis (three days per week).
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic teacher to deliver high-quality lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, ensuring strong academic progress and fostering a genuine interest in the subject. The successful candidate will also contribute to the pastoral and co-curricular life of this vibrant school community.
Role Purpose
To provide effective and high-quality classroom teaching to GCSE and ensure all pupils reach their potential through effective monitoring, assessment and target setting.
The Role
* Teach Computer Science across KS3 and KS4
* Plan, assess and monitor pupil progress to ensure excellent outcomes
* Contribute to departmental development and enrichment opportunities
* Undertake Form Tutor responsibilities

* To perform other duties consistent with the post as directed by the Headteacher or Head of Senior School
