What you'll do
Part time Hybrid role at 30 hours per week.
As Key Account Executive, you will provide great customer service to our managed Business Customers. In this role you will work collaboratively with IT, Contact Centre, Marketing, Retail, Digital, Finance and Credit to ensure we are continually improving our process, to ensure best in market service for these key customers.
You will work closely with Key Accounts and Business Development to drive sales and lead generation opportunities.
Account Management - Provide a VIP service to the B2B managed customers, from placing orders to account management.
Teamworking - you'll seek out ways to support and help others, making sure Toolstation delivers great service for key account customers.
Customer First Focus - you'll be committed to delivering a best in market customer experience, continually looking for improvements and opportunities to enhance the customer journey
Commercial Awareness - you understand trade customers and their buying needs, product data and requirements
Detail focused - you are in the detail and can analyse information and produce reporting that will inform our decision making and enhance the customer experience
Effective - The use of Trade Credit systems and knowledge of the business processes, to provide great experience, respond to customers proactively, and provide insight to the business and teams on customer pain points.
What you'll bring
Customer Service and Sales experience - you know how to delight clients and how to generate business through great conversations
Outstanding communication skills - you communicate with clarity and can influence people at all levels
Process management skills - you're able to set up and document processes
IT confidence and ability - you're confident with IT and not phased by spreadsheets or adopting new technologies
