This role offers the chance to be part of a major transformation in how engineering processes are delivered, from initial idea through to end of life. The Engineering Delivery Platform (EDP) is driving process re-design, continuous improvement, and the adoption of new methods and tools across the organisation. As a Trainer, you will be central to ensuring colleagues are fully equipped to adopt and embed these changes. From creating and delivering engaging training to providing post-training support, you will help build capability, drive adoption, and ensure sustainable change. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deliver high-quality training content aligned to re-engineered processes. Keep training materials accurate and current through effective change control and version management. Plan and deliver classroom sessions, workshops, and one-to-one clinics to support adoption. Measure learning outcomes through tests, feedback, and competency checks. Provide ongoing support after training, acting as a point of contact for end-users and super-users. Build strong collaborative relationships across teams, securing buy-in and ownership of changes. Monitor adoption, track progress, and continually improve training and change delivery. Skills and Experience Required Strong background in training development and delivery, ideally focused on process change. Proven classroom training skills with the ability to engage a wide range of audiences. Excellent organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Solid understanding of change management principles and adoption strategies. Proficiency in creating clear, professional training and communications material. Analytical mindset with the ability to measure outcomes and propose improvements. Desirable: Coaching experience. Knowledge of Jira / xRay and Agile methodologies. Experience working with global, cross-functional teams.
