Position:Pastry Chef

Responsible To:Head Chef and Senior Pastry Chef
Hours of Work:Average of 37.5 hours per week. The kitchen operates on a rota system, which includes evening and weekend shifts. Due to the nature of the clients activities, occasional out-of-hours work may be required. Shift patterns may be adjusted to meet business needs.
As aPastry Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the pastry section, delivering high-quality desserts, and supporting the development of seasonal menu offerings. Youll play a key role in crafting an exceptional customer experience through your attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Maintain high standardsof quality across all dessert offerings.
2. Assist in coordinatingthe preparation and presentation of all pastry and dessert items.
3. Support daily productionto meet operational requirements.
4. Contribute to seasonal menu development, creating exciting and innovative pastry dishes.
5. Help manage food cost controlsto support F&B revenue.
6. Ensure compliancewith food hygiene, Health & Safety, Allergen Information, and safety regulations.
7. Follow personal hygiene standardsas outlined by the Head Chef.
