Our leading facilities management client is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team at a highly regulated enrichment plant site in Chester. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a technically challenging environment with a global leader in facilities and engineering services.
The Role
As Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for the safe and effective supervision of electrical maintenance and project works on site. You will lead a team of technicians, ensure compliance with all statutory and site-specific regulations, and act as a key point of contact for electrical operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate electrical maintenance activities
- Ensure all works comply with H&S legislation, permits, and site procedures
- Lead and support electrical technicians and subcontractors
- Carry out inspections, audits, and toolbox talks
- Liaise with the client and customer management team
- Support planned and reactive maintenance in a high-integrity environment
About You
- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or Senior Electrician
- Strong background in industrial or highly regulated environments
- Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, AM2)
- Knowledge of safe systems of work and permit systems
- Strong leadership and communication skills
