The Customer Service representative is responsible for ensuring that customers receive optimum support within the scope of their activities. Main responsibilities include order handling and operational planning.
Scope of your role
1. Act as the customer’s point of contact for all order related topics
2. Customer creation and amendment
3. Customer order management including basic contract review, order entry, order status, inventory stock review, purchasing practices, and on-time delivery
4. Comply with minimum order and line values, as well as profitability expectations
5. Ensure the ability to deliver through planning activities
6. Monitor sales KPIs and define measures for their fulfilment
7. Manage all required account specific data in ERP (e.g. Incoterms, payment terms)
8. Communicate and coordinate customer order related requirements throughout the supply chain (SCM, Manufacturing, ServicePLUS and others)
9. Request legal and customer required certificates
10. Process customer commercial complaints
11. Work in collaboration with the team to guarantee customer satisfaction
12. Support preparation of and participate in customer visits, in case necessary
Wh at defines you
13. Commercial training, technical school degree or equivalent
14. Preferably 2+ years of experience in commercial activities
15. Good written and verbal communication skills

18. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task with attention to detail and accuracy
