Account Executive (Public Sector):

About the role
4. Lead commercial expansion across Northern Europe by developing and managing strategic partnerships with regional integrators, resellers, and technology allies.
5. Co-sell through partners to unlock new markets and secure long-term relationships with both public and enterprise customers.
6. Own the complete sales process from prospecting and partner onboarding to negotiation and closing.
7. Shape regional go-to-market strategy, refine local positioning, and build scalable partner playbooks for rapid growth.
8. Work closely with technical and customer success teams to ensure successful delivery and strong partner performance.
9. Represent the business at relevant industry events, contributing to market visibility and thought leadership.
About you
10. 5+ years’ experience in partnership-led public sector sales, ideally within technology, data, or digital infrastructure.
11. Proven success in developing and scaling go-to-market partnerships with integrators or channel partners.
12. Strong understanding of complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes and long-cycle deal structures.
13. Commercially astute, proactive, and adaptable within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
14. Excellent communicator, relationship builder, and strategic thinker.
15. Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
Package
16. Base salary: €70, – €90,.
17. Uncapped commission paid quarterly.
18. Flexible European location with hybrid or remote working options.
19. Regular travel to meet partners, customers, and attend key industry events.
