At CHBL, our sales portfolio operates across Central London, working with both domestic and international clients on premium resale homes and new-build developments. As our sales pipeline and brand presence continue to grow, we are expanding the team and seeking a Sales Consultant who wants to perform at a high level and build a strong personal reputation within the industry.
This is a client-facing, performance-driven role working with high-value stock and serious buyers. You will manage sales transactions from initial enquiry through to completion, advise clients throughout the process, negotiate terms, and work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
A significant proportion of our clients are international, and fluent Mandarin is essential in this role. English is required at a professional level. Our marketing capability is a core strength of the business, and sales consultants are actively supported in building visibility, credibility, and a personal brand through professional marketing and social media exposure.
This role is suited to someone who is ambitious, commercially minded, and motivated to build both strong earnings and a strong name for themselves in Central London property. We strongly prefer candidates with experience in property sales, marketing, or other client-facing roles, as this background translates well into success at CHBL.
