The role and what youll be getting up to on a day to day basis: As a Littlefish Bid Manager, youll be the engine behind our most exciting new business opportunities and renewals. Youll coordinate and lead the bid process from inception to close, assembling and motivating virtual teams, engaging with senior executives, and ensuring every proposal is a winner. You will: Manage the end-to-end bid process, ensuring timely, high-quality, and customer-aligned submissions. Collaborate with sales, solutions, service architecture, and more to craft compelling, innovative proposals. Influence and inspire colleagues at all levels, both internally and externally. Analyse and optimise every bid, ensuring Littlefish stands out from the competition. Play a key role in shaping the future of our business and making a real impact.
