Key Responsibilities:
* Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
* Work with small groups or individual pupils to reinforce learning and help them stay on track.
* Assist in managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.
* Prepare and organise classroom resources and materials.
* Support pupils with varying needs to ensure inclusion and participation.
* Help with school activities, trips, and events as needed.
* Provide feedback to the teacher on pupil progress and behaviour.
* Contribute to creating a safe, caring, and stimulating school environment.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
* Patience, empathy, and a supportive nature.
* A flexible and proactive approach to work.
* An understanding of safeguarding responsibilities.
