We currently have a vacancy for a Teaching Assistant, to work with children with significant needs.
We are looking for someone who has experience of working with SEN children and children with challenging behaviours. You will be a team player, with a flexible attitude who can respond to the needs of our children. Training will be given, and you will be supported by our dedicated team and SENCO.
We have two classes per year group from Reception to Year 6, as well as a Nursery (term time). Our school community is wonderfully and richly diverse with families from all over the world, of all faiths and none.
Ideal Candidate
* Have experience of working with SEN children and children with challenging behaviour
* Be able to work as a team, to ensure safe and effective provision at all times
* Be patient, calm and have a positive approach when interacting with children
* Be enthusiastic, flexible and imaginative
* Hard working, self-reflective and passionate about creating opportunities for children to flourish
* Have a good standard of spoken and written English and Maths
