Senior Sustainability Consultant

This expanding team of sustainability consultants based near Woking are seeking an experienced consultant to join the team, contributing to over 75 services in the built environment industry. With over 20 years in operation advising on commercial, residential, mixed-new build and retrofit projects, this position offers excellent opportunity for career development and skill progression.
To be considered for the role, Sustainability Consultants must:
1. Have experience within a sustainability consultancy working within the built environment.
2. Have relevant degree level education.
3. Have experience working on BREEAM certifications.
4. Have experience advising on Net Zero buildings.
5. Have experience leading a team and managing projects.
6. Have knowledge of UK Sustainability legislations.
7. Live commutable to the Woking area.
The Senior Sustainability Consultant position will include:
1. Production of technical and strategic advice on sustainability services including BREEAM, WELL and FITWELL.
2. Leading a team of sustainability consultants and contributing to their work and progression.
3. Developing reports for clients.
4. Contributing to business development and growth of the team.
5. Working with the Senior Management Team to ensure work is delivered smoothly and to a high standard.
