As a Retail Sales Colleague, no prior tech knowledge is required. All new colleagues attend a two to three-day induction, either virtually or at our academy in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham. You’ll gain skills and knowledge to sell, serve, and support our customers, from supplier training and demos to testing the latest products, ensuring your recommendations are top-notch.
Our Sales Colleagues work flexibly across our opening hours, typically including weekends. Our stores are open 7 days a week, generally between 9 am and 8 pm, with local variations.
