This position is part of the Ice Cream Global Research, Development & Innovation (RD&I) Team at Colworth, Sharnbrook, UK. The successful candidate will work within the Digital and Data Team, collaborating across RD&I to support digital programs and establish the new ice cream company. The candidate should employ system and business analysis skills and have a passion for digital transformation to support the Digital Agenda, creating and co-developing new digital tools and solutions tailored to RD&I needs. The role offers the opportunity to work with various teams to deliver impactful digital innovations.
Main Accountabilities
* Support the delivery of the Ice Cream RD&I Digital Program
* Assist in establishing the new RD&I digital infrastructure: PLM system, LIMS/ELN, compliance solutions, modeling platforms, etc.
* Lead digitalization efforts in RD&I laboratories and pilot plants
* Analyze and define digital workflows across RD&I
* Partner with global users, capability teams, and third-party providers to design and develop user-centric digital systems
* Manage change and provide training/support to users
* Support ongoing PLM programs to ensure business continuity
* Contribute to building the new Digital & Data capability within RD&I
