Responsibilities
* Coordinate the annual review schedule for the entire school, ensuring timely communication with staff, parents and external agencies.
* Attend meetings, take minutes and manage all annual review paperwork.
* Produce the school’s newsletter, reflecting the community, its values and activities.
* Maintain the school’s website, keeping content accurate, up to date and accessible.
* Carry out general office duties such as word‑processing, photocopying and reception work.
* Work collaboratively within the staff team to provide high‑quality support to the school.
Qualifications
* Excellent IT skills, with proficiency in Word and Excel.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure, maintain confidentiality and be flexible to meet workload demands.
* Calm, friendly and positive approach to students, demonstrating commitment to a caring school community.
* Good organisational skills, capable of working independently while maintaining a team perspective.
