Excavator Operator (Drainage)
Seeking operators well experienced in drainage. You will need to have good experience in trenching, including accurately cutting to grade, backfilling, and working within trench shields. This role requires you to be fit, able, and willing to help out your crew on the ground — you won't be sitting in the digger all day watching them work. A work ute is up for grabs with this job!
Excavator Operator (Commercial/Civil)
This job is quite varied, including but not limited to bulk earthworks, foundation dig outs, kerb prep, car parks, and some drainage. You'll need to show initiative and a strong work ethic. You also need to be fit and work on the ground as required to get things done. Final trim skills are essential, and you must be proficient in operating and prepping for asphalt on the ground — this is not an entry-level role. Work vehicle not guaranteed, but top workers are rewarded with this company.
