Conduct advanced diagnostics using modern equipment, as expected of a Vehicle Technician
Perform mechanical and electrical repairs, servicing, and maintenance on various vehicles
Support and mentor junior team members to develop their skills
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with industry standards and quality controls
Carry out MOT testing if certified, managing all related paperwork efficiently
Deliver exceptional customer service with professional technical advice
Maintain a safe, tidy, and organised workshop environmentRequirements:
NVQ Level 3 or higher in Motor Vehicle Maintenance & Repair, or an equivalent qualification
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, Master Technician, or Senior Vehicle Technician
Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to interpret fault codes accurately
Full UK driving licence
MOT Tester certification is advantageous but not essential
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
