Arden White Recruitment are partnered with Heritage koda, a leading dealership, and are recruiting a Service Advisor to join their professional and customer-focused team in Yeovil.
In this role, you will manage the customer journey, liaise with workshop and parts teams, schedule work, and provide clear guidance on additional repairs and costs.
To be considered for this role, you must have a background as an experienced motor trade aftersales professional.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide professional, customer-focused service throughout the vehicle journey.
* Liaise with workshop and parts colleagues to track progress.
* Advise customers on additional work and costs.
* Schedule and record work, support aftersales administration including invoicing and service bookings.
Essential Requirements:
* Proven motor trade aftersales experience.
* Strong team player with a proactive, flexible approach.
* Excellent administration, organisation, and time management skills.
