When joining Hollywood Bowl Group as an Assistant Manager, you will receive a thorough induction to set you up for success and ensure you are fully trained across all areas of the busy centre, including the lanes, bar and diner, and amusements area. In our fast-paced, dynamic environment, you will be at the heart of the Hollywood Bowl experience, supporting the effective operation of the business, injecting fun and positivity into the team, and enhancing the customer journey. Your responsibilities will include coaching and mentoring the team, managing front-of-house operations, and supporting the General Manager in delivering centre goals and financial targets. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards and service to ensure the centre is a safe and fun environment for customers.
