Job description
One of my long-standing client schools in Bolton is looking for a Food Technology teacher, to pick up a long-term supply cover. This position will start in April 2025 and will run for the full academic year. If you are available immediately, you could start as soon as Monday! This post would be suitable for an ECT or a more experienced colleague.
This is a five day a week commitment and you will adopt a form group, and full pastoral duties.
The DT faculty is well resourced and I have enjoyed working with this particular school since 2008. All long-term staff in the school through Prospero are paid to scale from day one of their booking, are well supported, and enjoy working in the school.
This particular cover will be Food Technology at KS3 and 4, and some lower school technology (textiles). Our school has a strong Behaviour Team/On Call and students respond will to consistency.
Our school is easily accessible by the M61 and A666, and has several local bus and train routes available so colleagues from across Greater Manchester and Lancashire can consider this amazing opportunity.
