Overview Of Role
The HR Shared Services Administrator will be based in our Glasgow or Manchester city centre office; you may be required to travel to our alternative office for business needs (training, team meetings etc) no more than once every couple of months. As part of the HR Shared Services team you will have exposure to the full scope of an employee's lifecycle. We are looking to fill this role quickly; encourage early applications as interviews will commence as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
 * Case Management through the Mott MacDonald MyHR system – including reference requests, contractual changes, family friendly requests, resignations, new starters, probation, etc.
 * Develop knowledge of HRSS processes and answer calls into the HRSS team promptly.
 * Familiarise yourself with the requests that come through to the HRSS inbox and understand how to process them.
 * Process accurate information across multiple HR systems.
 * Reporting – complete actions required for monthly / ad‑hoc reports such as audit reports, payroll reports, starters/leavers, long service awards.
 * Provide support for other ad‑hoc tasks/projects.
 * Monthly 1‑to‑1s through Connect People.
Candidate Specification – Essential
 * Strong administration background.
 * Customer experience orientation.
 * Experience in a process‑driven environment.
 * Proficiency with Microsoft packages: Teams, Excel, Word.
 * GDPR knowledge and understanding of data privacy.
 * Experience using Service Now or handling a busy inbox.
