An urgent temp to perm Finance Assistant opportunity has arisen for a leading business based in Swindon. The role will be supporting their friendly accounts department with a range of accounts administration tasks. Key duties of the position will include: Processing and inputting invoices on to the accounting system. Liaising with suppliers in relation to invoice and payment queries. Setting up supplier payments. Performing account reconciliations. Managing the email query inbox. Assisting with staff expenses. Supporting the team with credit control and sales ledger activities. To be considered for this role, you will have the following skills & experience: Prior knowledge and experience of purchase ledger / accounts payable. Excellent attention to detail.
