The Role:
• To support a 25-year-old man to access the community.
Main Duties:
• Shopping
• Social Activities
• Occasional help dressing
• Assistance with independent living skills
• Support with work experience/volunteering
• Travel training
• Personal safety
• Confidence building
• Home based projects such as history
• Possibility to provide respite care in the future
Personal Qualities and Attributes required:

• Responsible, reliable and trustworthy

• Good communication skills and social skills
• Punctual, reliable and flexible
• Ability to work on your own initiative
• Understanding, adaptable and organised
• Car owner with driving licence, use of own vehicle required, and business insurance essential

You must be able to prove the right to work in the UK. No sponsorships are available.

Hours: 12 hours per week – flexibility with working hours to match the client’s individual needs. This can be discussed during interview.
Pay: £13.97 per hour employed
£16.47 per hour Self - Employed
