I am recruiting for a rare board-level opportunity with a highly respected independent broker, inheriting a book from a retiring Account Director. They are not retiring for a while, so you'll have the chance to work closely with them to ensure a thorough, well-supported handover of their clients.
You will report directly to the Managing Director and hold a seat on the board, where you'll have genuine influence over the strategic direction of the business. Beyond managing and growing a high-value book of corporate and large commercial clients-generating around £500,000 in income-you'll play a key role in shaping the company's future.

As a board member, you'll help steer overall business planning and growth initiatives, bring fresh ideas to the leadership table, and contribute to decision-making at the highest level. To be successful in this role, you will have a proven and successful track record in a similar position, ideally with a focus on corporate or large commercial clients. You will be at least DIP qualified, but APFS, or perhaps even an LLB etc qualifications are all acceptable too.
