Job Description
* Assist technology directors in developing staffing strategy including operating model transformations, sourcing model changes, new profession model, upskilling plans, and embedding new ways of working, building a sustainable forecast process for financial management of the change agenda.
* Drive robust cost management across the pillars, providing leadership with visibility of total costs and championing amendments to cost management processes for greater transparency and accountability.
* Provide/utilise data and systems analysis to define metrics, develop analytical models, generate actionable insights, identify trends and support strategic planning for workforce, platforms and products.
* Support commercial leadership with cost‑to‑serve, financial planning, vendor cost management, cost allocation methodologies for shared platforms and internal/functional products, building business cases and reporting to optimise cost base through rationalisation, FinOps, software asset management and vendor oversight.
* Drive a culture of measurement and data‑driven decision making, support design, delivery and provision of operational performance and user experience insights, reporting on XLA’s, SLA’s and OLA’s.
* Support generation, presentation, storytelling and communications of platform/internal product strategy, performance and progress in conjunction with Market‑Unit‐wide communications and Tech Office teams; bring benefits to stakeholders via storytelling.
* Perform lightweight PMO oversight of projects or initiatives governed by the central Transformation office, ensuring alignment with organisational goals, managing dependencies and providing status updates to senior leadership.
What you will bring
* Proven track record in a similar role.
* Commercial judgement to understand business and deliver performance needed to achieve goals.
* Data management experience, including data analysis, Power BI, continuous improvement of data quality and standards.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Excellent written and presentation skills, high proficiency in Excel.
* Experience collaborating with senior business and technology leaders to achieve outcomes.
* Strong influencing skills across stakeholders, colleagues and external vendors.
