Summary
Own the inbound flow. You'll unload containers/lorries, apply a pallet ID label (LPN) to each pallet, book quantities, and put stock away into the correct racking location (e.g., A-03-B). You keep aisles clear and make sure pickers can ship on time.
Responsibilities
* Unload & receive deliveries/containers; check counts & condition.
* Apply LPN pallet labels; record SKU + Qty + Rack Location (Aisle–Bay–Level).
* Putaway pallets to assigned rack slots; update locations when pallets move.
* Replenish fast-mover pick faces from bulk racking.
* Cross-dock items needed for today's orders straight to the STAGE area (skip putaway).
* Keep INBOUND area clear by close; maintain safe, tidy aisles.
* Basic cycle counts (spot checks) to keep stock accurate.
* Use pallet trucks/FLT safely (training or licence preferred).
