Key Responsibilities:
* Call customers to ensure their appliances are covered
* Upsell protection products based on customer needs
* Build strong relationships and understand customer requirements
* Help customers find the best protection package
* Making a high number of sales each day to hit personal targets
Skills and Experience:
* 12 months of phone sales experience preferred
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Team player focused on delivering great customer service
