About the Role: Reporting to the Hospitality Services Manager, the Host/Hostess is responsible for delivering high standards of hospitality services, meeting hospitality service standards, dining experience expectations, and maintaining compliance with policies and procedures. You'll ensure that all residents and visitors are greeted in a polite, friendly, and professional manner, prioritising customer service while supporting enablement where appropriate.
Shift Pattern: Typically 08.00am to 3.00pm, including weekends and bank holidays.

1. Excellent written, non-verbal, and verbal communication skills
2. Effective team player
3. Engaging and compassionate individual who values residents' dignity and communication differences
4. Experience in a restaurant/Cafe environment (desirable, but not essential)
