Our research is frequently used to inform real-world health care decisions, including decision-making at the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence in the UK.

The appointee will be expected to support and undertake statistical analyses for HTA projects, often using cutting-edge approaches, e.g. adjustment for treatment switching in clinical trials, population-adjusted indirect comparisons and surrogate outcome analysis. The outputs of this research may be stand-alone reports for clients or used to inform cost-effectiveness analyses conducted by the health economics team. The person recruited for this role will have the opportunity to undertake external training as well as mentoring and career development opportunities from our senior scientists.
