Location: Near Hassocks (drivers with access to a car essential due to office location)
Salary: £25,000 - £26,000
Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week

What You'll Be Doing:
Responding to customer calls and emails, providing a friendly and helpful service
Building relationships with customers and offering tailored solutions
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
Working closely with your team to resolve issues and keep customers happy
Learning about products and services so you can give accurate advice
What We're Looking For:
Experience: Around 12 months' experience in an office-based customer service/admin role
Skills: Strong communication, a positive attitude, and a problem-solving mindset
Tech: Confident with computers and quick to learn new systems
Logistics: You must be a driver with access to a car due to the office location
