Overview
A well respected Legal 500 firm are looking for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join their litigation team, ideally in Huddersfield. The firm currently has a team of 5, led by a Legal 500 Recommended Director who specialises in contentious probate, including advising on inheritance disputes, issues with executors and financial abuse of the elderly. The firm prides itself on employee wellbeing and progression, with a view to developing the solicitor you want to become.
Responsibilities
* Support the litigation team with day-to-day matters and build experience in contentious probate where possible.
* Contribute to handling inheritance disputes, executors' issues and related matters under supervision.
* Engage with a community-focused practice and participate in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
* Newly Qualified Solicitor with at least 6 months experience in litigation (contentious probate experience is preferred but not essential).
* Ambitious to join and grow within a successful, community-focused practice.
