As Product Marketing Director, you’ll shape the future of our product portfolio and lead how MHR is perceived in the market from a product, service, and technology perspective. This is a high‑impact leadership role where you’ll own the innovation lifecycle from ideation through to launch, ensuring our products not only meet customer demand but anticipate it.
You’ll drive the go‑to‑market strategy for new and existing solutions, helping define what we launch, when we launch, and how we position ourselves at the forefront of the HCM and Finance technology market. With a strong focus on scalable cloud solutions, AI‑enabled capabilities, and exceptional customer experience, you’ll play a pivotal role in influencing our long‑term commercial success.

Qualifications
We’re looking for a commercially astute and visionary leader with proven experience within SaaS, technology, or HCM/Finance environments, who combines strategic thinking with a strong bias for execution.
