A day in the life of…
As Food & Beverage Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your role involves welcoming guests from around the world with a friendly smile and delivering exceptional service. You will collaborate with your team to ensure smooth and efficient shifts, providing the best guest experience possible.
Job Responsibilities:
* Greet guests and take their orders professionally and courteously
* Ensure timely preparation and serving of food and beverages
* Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience
* Handle payments accurately via cash, card, or other methods
* Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors
* Set up and clear tables for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services
* Serve guests in conference and event areas
* Assist with room service as needed
* Deliver excellent customer service consistently
* Follow health and safety regulations at all times
* Participate in training sessions and team meetings
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Food and Beverage Manager
