This is a beautifully purposeful role leading a Year 5 to 6 class of pupils with communication and sensory needs learning through an informal interaction based curriculum tailored to meet each child where they are. The focus is on connection first language development regulation and functional learning in a setting where patience creativity and compassion are celebrated daily. The Role You will take full classroom responsibility for a small highly supported group of pupils who experience communication needs including non verbal or emerging language and sensory processing differences and who thrive through consistent routines emotional regulation strategies and personalised learning.
