We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursery Manager to oversee our Heathers Nursery, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and excellent leadership skills.You will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Nursery, overseeing all aspects of operations. The successful applicant must be passionate and enthusiastic about working with children in all areas of their care, learning and development and be highly skilled and professional. You must have the ability to motivate the team and liaise with parents, Senior Managers, Ofsted and other professionals as necessary.*Duties:*Manage the day-to-day running of the nursery, including staff supervision and schedulingDrive continuous improvement in nursery operations and educational programmesProvide strong leadership to motivate and support nursery staffOversee the implementation of early childhood education curriculumCommunicate effectively with parents, staff, and external stakeholdersEnsure compliance with childcare regulations and health & safety standards*Qualifications and Experience:*Minimum Level 3 in Childcare is essential.
