Exmoor National Park is a unique and beautiful part of the country. Our vision is to ensure Exmoor remains a thriving, living landscape a place where people can enjoy its special qualities and where sustainable communities flourish.
Funded by Defra, the Reviving Exmoors Heartlands project aims to restore wildlife, river catchments and natural processes across 12,000 hectares of central Exmoor. The project vision is to restore core habitats and create new habitats, encompassing blanket bog, heathland, woodland, scrub and species-rich grassland, and reintroduce lost species like the Water Vole, Marsh Fritillary and Black Grouse.
We are now looking for an Ecology Support Officer to join the Reviving Exmoors Heartlands project on a fixed-term contract until the 31st March 2026.
